That is a little problem during the shipping and we also have shipped the spare parts to support,when customer replace and make the cover plate broken,but just need to put a little glue to put it back,that is very simple. However,this customer is not willing to and keep dispute for little little thing , I suspect he was sent by other supplier to deliberately hurt us. We have sent pictures and testing video before shipping ,everything is fine.There is no quality problem. I believe most customers understand this.
